How to manage website feedback with BugHerd

All feedback left on your website is channelled into BugHerd’s project task board. Guest feedback is sent to the Feedback board, where you can triage it before sending it to the task board.

Customise your task board to suit the way you work. Add, rename or reorder columns to match your workflow.

Keep your team on track - assign them tasks, set or change the severity and track tasks to completion all at a single glance.

Update multiple cards at the same time. Assign them, change their severity or move them through the board. You can also move all completed cards to the archive to keep focus on work in progress.
